Welcome to Ketchupize! We are a Design Studio focused on creating the coolest hand painted geek wear. Video game and comic book inspired custom sunglasses, headphones and more.
All pieces are painted by hand. We only use high quality acrylic paint that will not fade or crack and seal it with varnish. Clean with a damp cloth if needed and keep away from harsh chemicals. Treat your hand-painted products with care and you will be able to enjoy them for a long time.
Payment : We accept PayPal and credit cards through PayPal.
Estimated delivery time within Europe is 1-2 weeks.
Estimated delivery time outside Europe is 1-4 weeks.
All orders are dispatched from Greece(Europe). International Shipping transit ETA ranges from 5 business days to about 6 weeks, sometimes longer depending on each country's customs system. This time frame is in addition to our production time as most items are made to order. Please keep the production AND shipping times in mind when placing your order. We are not responsible for post office delays nor can we control how long a package gets held up in customs.
All packages are assigned Tracking numbers, which are sent via automated email to our customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor the progress of their package in transit. If a package is left unclaimed, the customer is responsible for all fees incurred with the re-shipment of the package.
Canada Post have changed their International tracking policy and shipments from many countries are not traceable online at the moment.
If your delivery address is not within Europe, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect or incomplete, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. If you've made an error in the shipping information on your order that causes your order to be rejected or lost, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. --------------------------------------
Because our products are made to order we only accept cancellations within 24 hours after purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt. Made to order items, Personally Customized products, and Prescription frames cannot be returned. Items must be in unused condition and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Customer pays for return shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we do recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized items
Items on sale
We do not manufacture the headphones, we only paint them, therefore we cannot offer a guarantee after the initial 30day period.
We take extra care in packing all orders as securely as possible and we rarely have parcels arriving damaged. As an extra reassurance to our customers we insure all orders against damage during transit and therefore we will replace any orders arriving damaged due to the postal carrier’s negligence. If an order is received damaged please do not accept the delivery. If you realize that an order is damaged after opening the parcel, please record the damaged items.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact me directly.

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
